Joseph Pike (1658-1729) was an Irish Quaker merchant and author. He was imprisoned with local Quakers in Bristol during a visit there. He remained in Cork when it was besieged by Jacobites during the war. In 1698, William Penn demised more than 10,000 acres of land in Pennsylvania to him.
