Ruben Hilari Quispe (Jilalu Qhisphi in Aymara) is an Aymara Bolivian who studied linguistics and development studies at the Universidad Pública de El Alto. In the past ten years, he made a name for himself as an Internet activist and worked with the Aymara community Jaqi Aru. He is currently a university lecturer, translator, writer and researcher. He was raised Quaker.
