The message is usually a quote, but can sometimes be a video, a song, a poem, a piece of art, or a photograph. The messages are mostly from Quaker sources, with occasional enrichment from other spiritual traditions.

On Sundays, you are invited to engage with a longer message, which takes under 10 minutes.

Today’s Invitation

The invitation takes the ideas from the message and gives you an exercise to try out in your own life that day. This is frequently a writing prompt, so you may wish to keep a journal. Because of the longer message, there is no invitation on Sundays.
